Central Landlord Database Settings

Configure the central database that manages tenant registries, universal plans, and SuperAdmin credentials. Connection must be verified before proceeding.

Root URL where the central platform will be accessed.
Hostname that bypasses tenant subdomain routing.
MySQL Connection Parameters
Will be auto-created if it does not already exist.
Shared cPanel Hosting Integration (Optional)
Enable automated tenant database creation via cPanel UAPI when deploying to shared hosting.

Platform SuperAdmin Setup

Create master SuperAdmin credentials to log into the Landlord management console (/superadmin). Companies will register themselves from the homepage or can be provisioned by the SuperAdmin anytime.

Used to authenticate into the central Landlord portal (/superadmin/login).
Provision an initial client company workspace now? (Optional)
Leave unchecked to finish setup immediately. You can create client companies anytime inside the SuperAdmin portal or let companies self-register via the website.
